I have complex medical issues and needed a therapist who understood anatomy and physiology well. Trina is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have come across. She has helped me understand my body and its systems more, and has helped tremendously with my pains and discomforts. Plus, she is so fun! more

Fixed severe back spasms 8/14/2013

I had not been to Trina before, but will definitely return. During a hard row I tweeked something in my low back. The surrounding muscles grabbed and locked. I needed help to get the muscles to release. Trina did a great job untangling the spasms. Just attacking muscles in spasm doesn't work on me, she was patient and persistent and worked through my spasms. I got back to the gym the next day and felt great :) more

Trina had immense medical and anatomy/physiology knowledge. That is very important as I am seeing her for both relaxation and medical massage. I recommend her for all types of massage. She is so well studied and has a great touch! more

Trina always finds the problem 2/22/2013

I don't know how in the world she knows where to put those gifted hands and solve the muscle spasms which are the major symptom of my fibromyalgia. It would take a pile of pills to equal that pain relief, and the side effects of her massage are wonderful. more

Superb therapist! 1/31/2013

Trina is a therapeutic massage therapist, able to identify the source(s) of pain and to ease that pain. She listens carefully to my concerns at each session and tailors the massage accordingly. I have used her for several years and would not go to anyone else. I recommend her without reservation. She's great! more

I have used Trina's services for a number of years now, for back pain, specific injury-related problems and just general massage. There is no one I will go to except for her. I have been to many, many massage therapists in the Seattle area and she is the best. more

Have had massage/PT from all around the world. Went to Trina for a horrible bout of Plantar Fasciitis; her knowledge of anatomy and proper treatment was excellent, and very effective. Great improvement after one session. Will be going back. more

Hi Everyone, I've been seeing Trina for several years now. She is the best. I have had massages from other providers, but nobody compares to Trina. I consider her to be a very important part of my healthcare team. She *really* cares! It is also a plus that because she doesn't accept tips for her services, that there is none of that awkward pressure as there can be with other providers. Don't hesitate to book with Trina! more

I have been to Trina many times for a chronic sore neck/shoulder/migraine problem. She knows right where to go and "digs" out the achey sore spots. She really works at the problem to solve it in addition to helping you feel better. Trina combined cupping with massage on me this last treatment- incredible! more

I have a progressive chronic illness which leaves me in constant pain. I have been seeing Trina for almost 2 years and have experienced not only a decrease in my pain levels, but an increase in energy. Trina listens not only to my words, but my body and always leaves me feeling better whether it's a crabby trigger finger, migraine, or sore muscles.
