Last week I was moved by your company. I want to let you know what a great experience the physical move was. From beginning to end of the actual move, my husband and I could not have been more pleased. The move began with three gentlemen. Dave assisted with the beginning of the move, so my experience was mainly with Jake and Terry. They exceeded my expectations. They were well organized, punctual, careful, hardworking, courteous, and pleasant. Their teamwork was incredible and they really made us feel like they cared about what they were doing. I spent years in the relocation industry overseeing corporate moves, and these gentlemen exhibited some of the best work in terms of handling the move and customer service skills that I have seen. As a person who moved, I loved it. As a business person, I would want these guys working for me if I were in the moving business. Sending all my thanks to you. more

Thank you for the best moving experience we have ever had, and we've had more than enough experience moving including 7 major and minor movies in the last 5 years. We've used other local and national firms over the years. None came near to your performance. Your team, Kyle and Jeff, were wonderful. They were skillful, careful, energetic, and efficient. They were so cheerful throughout that it was a positive pleasure to see them around. Not that our move didn't present them with many problems. We presented them with lots of problems; furniture too big to fit through a door, frail pieces of furniture and irreplaceable antiques, packed boxes galore, and lots of breakables, everything that can make a move difficult. But everything arrived safe and sound (which has never happened to us before) and in the place we wanted it to be. At the end of the day we felt like shouting for joy because this move was so well done. In all our previous moves we had goods damaged, things misplaced, and were left in in a state of semi-chaos. Not so with your work. I'm recommending you to all our friend, and I would recommend you to anyone who wants moving to be an efficient, organized, and satisfying experience. more

Sigrid, Moving can be a very hectic and chaotic time for most people. When we have hired moving companies in past, it has always been with some sense of dread and worry. This time, we reviewed the letters of recommendation you sent with the introductory information, and liking the sound of happy customers, we went with A Better Moving Co. Taking it a step further, I asked for a crew who could be careful moving on light color carpeting. You delivered a crew, Kyle and Jeff, that was made to order. They worked very proficiently as a team, and performed a very professional and wonderful job of moving us into our new home. Further, ""El Nino"", tested our limits on moving day, by adding a rainstorm to the last half of the move. Kyle and Jeff earned the title of ""A-Team"", as they calmly managed to move us in while nature poured down on us. We credit them for making the whole experience go so smoothly. On 7-23-10, two of your movers moved us into our new home. We were moved by Jason and Alex. We have more belongings than we realized, and the whole move took about 8 hours. From beginning to end, Jason and Alex both worked tirelessly. We were amazed by how hardworking they were! They were organized and energetic the ENTIRE time. In addition to this, they both had such good attitudes that the entire move left light hearted. Moving is very stressful but these two made the experience easy - going and enjoyable! To Whome It May Concern: A Better Moving Company moved my mother, Genevieve Spangler, from Sacramento to San Jose on July 25, 2002. This move was very difficult for my mother who is 85 years old. She was leaving her home of 45 years. The two men you sent, Shane and John, were a blessing in disguise. The van arrived on time. Both men were very highly organized and did not waste time. Because we had three stops to make this was very important. They not only treated her belongings with care and respect, but also did everything they could to make the move easier for her. After arriving in San Jose they place her boxes in the correct rooms and even moved some pieces of furniture several times. I really do not know how to say thank you. I would like to commend Jeff and Jeromy who moved me yesterday. I am a senior citizen with back problems and needed items placed for my convenience. They moved closet to closet, shelf to shelf, drawer to drawer, etc. They connected my computer and cable. They were very diligent workers, polite, friendly and very accomodating. Today, John, Warren, and Jeremy removed my belongings from what was my house for 23 years. It could have been traumatic, but they made it easy. The 3 men worked as an efficient team. I write this letter to congratulate you on having two of the most courteous and professional movers on your staff. Today, Bob and John spent seven hours moving heavy, complicated desks and other furniture items between our first and second floor offices here in Rancho Cordova. Bob and John were highly skilled and very careful with our new furniture. They were also very polite and friendly and they made the moving process as stress-free as possible.
