Was very skeptical but did laser hair removal out of desperation. Four treatments in and I am beyond thrilled with the results thus far! Well worth every penny and I wish I'd done...

Great experiences so far 10/9/2015

I am one of those people who made a mistake (two of them) and got small tattoos on my ankles in the early 90's. I was very pleased with the package price they were offering at the time and the service has been wonderful. My tattoos have been extremely faded since my treatments and I do believe, we are right on target for getting them off in six treatments. I do not ever have to wait in the lobby and everyone there seems to go out of their way to make my experience good. I would definitely recommend this place for all of their services. more

POOR RESULTS, SCAM. 9/14/2015

I had 3 pixels at Sona. I got better results with 1 laser treatment from my dermatologist. The Botox I got lasted about 2 weeks, when I called, they said it just needed more time to work. It never did. The money I paid in advance for a BOGO, they will not return. Now they are increases the prices if I decide to use it for something else. RIP OFF!! more

Best service and results 8/12/2015

I have been going to Sona for laser hair removal. I have had 3 treatments and am shocked at the amount of hair I have already lost! I was so nervous and they answered all my questions going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. I will for sure be adding other services and if you are looking for laser hair removal this is the place to go! more

I wasted my hard earned money for laser hair removal and it did not work. Total.of 6 treatments and then they staff wanted to charge me for additional services.!!! Horrible horrible place. more

laser hair removal 3/26/2015

My experience with Sona was not very good. I still have alot of hair growth on my chin and upper lip. I was told by several specialist that I will have one or two strands after treatments because of hormones. NOT TRUE ! I have the same amount of hair, just not as coarse. When I contacted them about the results , they were not friendly and wanted me to pay for more treatments. WHY? SO, TO ALL MY WOMEN OF COLOR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. the staff will rush you in and out. more

Really appreciate the laser hair removal technicians as they do a super thorough job. Mandy was super nice and met Shannon yesterday. Thanks ladies for helping me with the unwanted, excess hair. Great Experience. 1/15/2015

I had a great experience with Sona Medspa of Memphis. They did a laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal for me. Brandy was my technician. She was really nice and made me feel comfortable. I have had six laser removal treatments at another facility, and was not happy with the results. So, I'm hoping for the best with Sona Medspa! more

need to learn what permanent means 4/25/2014

I went to Sona for laser hair removal which they claim is permanent. I told the consultant I was trying to get pregnant. She didnt say anything to make me wait or worry. I paid $1200 for 7 treatments of 3 areas. After 5 treatments, I got pregnant so I had to stop. Before this, I was showing positive results. Pregnancy made it ALL come back. The last 2 treatments did NOTHING for it. When I asked about all the hair, they responded that pregnancy and menopause would cause it to come back. They offered to sell me more treatments, but I already felt cheated out of $1200. My definition of permanent is different than theirs. The original consultant should have told me this when I told her I was trying to get pregnant, but a dollar means more than customer satisfaction. It was a big waste of money. I think this every day while shaving and tweezing. more

Love this place 2/14/2014

I had been wanting hair removal for years as shaving was getting to be a bummer.I was nervous about what would happen during the visit. Beth talked to me and reassured me every thing would be great and that I would not regret it.She was right.These people are friendly and professionals.My shyness was put at ease by my technician performing the laser procedure.I highly recommend SONA MEDSPA. more

Microdermabrasion-- Very pleased 11/5/2013

I am an African-American female. I decided to try the microdermabrasion because I had dry skin patches on my face. My face used to itch rally badly because it was so dry. I want you to know that my face stopped itching after the day after the procedure, but I was disappointed. I still had those darned dark spots and dry patches on my face weeks later. Fast forward a month and a half and my dark spots are gone. My new skin (cells) is (are) in and I feel like I'm glowing. I have no regrets at all! more

The employees of Sona MedSpa of Memphis really care about you. 10/8/2013

I like Sona MedSpa of Memphis because the people there are really nice and they're down-to-earth. They're just really friendly and compassionate and easy to talk to. They're very inspirational and motivational as well, which I have told them in person. I'm going into the third week of my treatment. It's an excellent place to go if you're looking for certain things. The service is excellent. I would definitely refer somebody to them. They're so sweet and nice and kind. They give you what you pay for and I appreciate that. People want to get what they pay for. more

As a man i was nervous about going to med spa for scar treatment and for laser hair removal...they simply made me sooooo comfortable and they scheduled everything around my time even if it was late...I had so many questions and they answered any question at anytime of day in a very quick time!!!! I felt as if I was a friend not a client that they truly cared !!! So men don't be scared or nervous they will make u feel relaxed comfortable and at home more

Very good job, but expensive 5/24/2013

Sona Medspa of Memphis is a great service but I felt like it was really really expensive overall and that is the only reason I am not giving them 5 stars. I think they did a very good job, but I don't know if I would do it again exclusively because of the expense but I will continue doing a shot once a week and a few minimal things to maintain what I have done with them because that is affordable. They are always nice and accommodating. more
