I went to Sona for laser hair removal which they claim is permanent. I told the consultant I was trying to get pregnant. She didnt say anything to make me wait or worry. I paid $1200 for 7 treatments of 3 areas. After 5 treatments, I got pregnant so I had to stop. Before this, I was showing positive results. Pregnancy made it ALL come back. The last 2 treatments did NOTHING for it. When I asked about all the hair, they responded that pregnancy and menopause would cause it to come back. They offered to sell me more treatments, but I already felt cheated out of $1200. My definition of permanent is different than theirs. The original consultant should have told me this when I told her I was trying to get pregnant, but a dollar means more than customer satisfaction. It was a big waste of money. I think this every day while shaving and tweezing.
