IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL FOR THE PRICE. If you want downtown living like I did, you can find better places in the French Quarter or Garden District that have better insulated windows and are more secure. The actual apartment is modern and this is a great location. That is the only plus and you can find this in any downtown apartment.\r

Where do I start?!\r
1)MANAGEMENT (Lisa A. Greve) just does not know how to deal with tenants and doesn't really care. Avoids tenants when they have issues and could be the worst one since I have been a tenant. Forget about getting your deposit back just dont bother cleaning because you will be charged for cleaning anyway. \r
2)SECURITY is a joke.... they let anyone in. They are better off with no doorman and lower the rent. I had to call the police because there was a tenant passed out drunk in the hallway that the doorman could not remove!!!!\r
3)Valet service is slow and inconveinient.... the parking situation is terrible. I had to start parking in the lot across the street just because I hated waiting so long for my car. This valet also services the Roosevelt hotel so it is jam-packed on the weekend.\r
4)STREET NOISE is unbelievable. I lived on a lower floor and moved to a higher one and could still hear full conversations. I was startinf to get used to the people noise, but the construction all night long can send someone to the madhouse. When I moved in the construction that was supposed to be complete after a month, but it went on a year. It was still going when I moved out over 1 year later. IT ALL HAPPENS ON WEEK NIGHTS TOO! Yes... you will hear that load and clear. I understand New Orleans is rebuilding, but there is no consideration for the tenants in the CBD when construction happens at night on weeknights. I am not that sensitive to noise because I have usually lived in the city, but a jack hammer will bother anyone. Insulated windows would really go a long way here.\r
