Great location and decent apartments. Somewhat pricey for the square footage though ($1300 monthly for a small 1 bedroom plus $155 for parking). Almost all my neighbors have had their cars damaged by the valet parking - and the company is not helpful. My new car recieved $1200 damage by the valets and the parking management did not even return my calls or respond to letters - and I reported the damage prior to leaving the garage to 2 of the parking employees. In my opinion the parking company management is immoral and unethical. I now park across the street in a self park lot. The internet service ""free wireless"" is the worst internet service I have ever experienced. The management has been claiming that they have been working to improve it for the past 6 months but it is still VERY VERY slow and often does not work. Other than these problems I like living here. But I won't renew my lease unless the internet is working right and the parking garage pays to fix my car that they damaged. I don't expect either to happen though.
