I have had excellent service at 911 PC Medic in the past, but this last time August 2009 will tell how customer support is taken care of when there is a problem. My hard drive was misplaced while comptuter was being worked on. Now I'm not getting any answers on where it is, or what they are going to do about it. When I went in to ask about it, the owner Mike gave me the $230 bill to pay, (for different hard drive) with no regard for the lost hard drive with 10,000 photos, 100 iphone apps, 1000 itunes, movies, not to mention the contract bids for work and the kids school work that was on the hard drive.
I will let all know what the outcome is!!! Then I can add a rating!!!
