I have never once taken the time to write a review, but I couldn't let this one go. I took my laptop there twice to have it fixed. When I realized it wasn't fixed after the second time, I called and talked to the owner. He was supposed to be there the next day to meet me because this is the third time I've had to bring my laptop in in a week. The tech called him when I got there, and the owner decided it wasn't worth coming in to meet me. After the tech worked on it for the third time (and finally removing the viruses that were there since day one) I asked him to have the owner call me. He never did.
A few days went by and I got the blue screen which usually indicates a hard drive issue (same issue I took it in for originally). I called again and left a message for the owner to call me because I now want a refund. I need to take my computer somewhere else to be fixed, and I'm not paying for work that wasn't done. He still hasn't called a week later. My laptop is currently being worked on (somewhere else of course), and I will go back to them with a copy of what was done and the bill. If they do not give me a refund, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I would give this company zero stars if the website allowed. They seem to have no idea what they are doing, and it's obvious the owner does not care at all about his customers. NEVER TAKE A COMPUTER TO THESE PEOPLE.
