The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel more relaxed and comfortable. The staff is also courteous and knowledgable.

Commit to a root canal????? 10/4/2011

after going to the Roanoke office Dr. Bishop told me I need 2 fillings on my teeth and he stated he could "probably get away with fillings but I would have to commit to root canals before he could attempt fillings" I'm sorry but if your so unskilled you can't tell if I need a filling or a root canal than you are a poor dentist or just need to pay your student loans what a joke my dentist friend told me if you take your car in to a shop and the engine is misfiring the mechanic tells you a tune-up will probably take care of it but you have to commit to an engine overhaul before I'll start on it that is a mechanic that's out to screw you or does not know what he is doing my dentist friend that lives out of state told me not to walk but run out of that dentist office. What's sad is this the second time I've had this place pull some strange stuff my 10 year old daughter went in with a bad cavity in a molar the dentist convinced me to do a $800 root canal yes on a baby tooth it fell out 4 months later it should have just been pulled as far as I can see this place is a scam. more

Not told of cavity seriousness 9/29/2011

Oldest daughter had x-rays taken at a ortho consult, I was told well she has several cavities that we will need to start taking care of. It will be $2300 in total (we do not have dental insurance). Nothing was said about 2 that were apparently serious and really needed immediate attention in order to avoid a bill of $3000 per tooth. So next appointment for a cleaning a few months later, and I was financially ready to start paying for all these cavities which seems to pop up out of no where. Then I am told well this tooth here now needs a root canal. and this other one, might as well. To say the least we are extremely unhappy with the care, and with the communication. I have expressed this concern, and no one from this office in Roanoke, has yet to respond to our family. more

Long time family patients 9/21/2011

My whole family has been going to 6 Day for years. Son went through braces, I've had crowns and fillings, my husband has had a root canal. All procedures done well with good results. Friendly staff, and they always remember us, which is amazing. more

I live in Lewisville, less that two miles from the Coppell location. I actually live on Denton Tap Rd., the same street as that location. I work in Denton, but still I choose to use the Roanoke location. You guys are the best. This was my first visit with Dr. Hagy and I love him. Great sense of humor and put me very much as ease. Oh, and his work was great too. He called to check on me after I was home. How sweet is that? more

Love your Roanoke office! 9/1/2011

Since we have never had dental insurance, our family has never seen a dentist until now. I've always heard horror stories about little kids and dentists so I've just avoided it all together. We are so blessed to be able to go to such a great place, with happy/personable people who are honest and sincerely interested in our family! Thank you for making my kids feel special and not afraid to go to the dentist! You guys are awesome!! more

What happened to free toothbrushes!? 8/29/2011

The service was good and quick. My only real complaint is I didn't get a toothbrush. I'm aware that I'm 28 years old and I can obviously get my own but I've ALWAYS received a toothbrush after a dental visit, it's one of the main reasons I go to the dentist. I know so many people who can't stand to go to the dentist and who can blame them 98% of the time your mouth is sore for most of the day following the visit. So something as simple as a free toothbrush after a visit makes it a little more bearable. Just a thought. more

This place is really cool. Everyone there was so friendly and knowledgeable. AND it's open on a Saturday! That's awesome! I've got a lot of orthodontic work I'm going to need to have done- braces, etc- I'm happy to know I've got an office I actually WANT to go back to. more

Cleaning's and filling's 8/19/2011

We went in for cleanings and check ups and when they realized there were a number of fillings they filled them too, so he would not have to miss any school to get the dental work completed. more
