I NEVER sign up to write a review bc I haven't cared enough too and who has the time? But there is no way i'm letting 4 All Promos get off with their ""we are supreme and we are God's gift to you"" attitude. 4 All Promos has the worse customer service ever!! It took 7 days to get a proof after they gave me attitude about asking how long it would take to receive proof(they said 24hrs btw).Huffing and puffing, and deep sighs of frustration is what i got when i asked them to take off the rush shipping cost of $170.00+ (same cost as bags!) and re-send invoice. Dare not ask them a question while they're typing or looking something up for you. If you were planning on a pricey order but then have to downscale, you will feel the wrath of Jeckle and Hide and from ""yes mam! sure how fast do you need it""...you'll get, ""FRIDAY! you need them by Friday!ha! we can't do that!"" ALL of the crazies there need to take serious meds to deal with their Schizoprenia and pms. more

I have used this company on many occasions. Wonderful customer service and reliability. The prices are very low and I could not ask for an easier buying experience. I don't understand the previous review about this company - we had a great experience. The reps were very helpful and the follow-up was terrific. You always are a bit nervous working with a company over the phone but this company was the true exception. I would reccomend them to all my friends. Pros: great prices more

Ordering from this company was the WORST EXPERINCE of my life. Not only did I not receive my merchandise on time, I never received it at all and I never got a refund. What I intended to be a surprise for my family at our reunion ended up being a disaster emotionally and finacially for me. To make matters worst, the customer service I received in trying to resolve my issue was PITIFUL at best. There was a lack of concern that they ""dropped the ball"" on my order and they never took responsibility for me NOT receiving my merchandise. I reccomend that you DO NOT use this company. Worst experience of my life ordering from them. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone! What a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: Not Reliable. Unprofessional, Bad Customer Service more
