Ordering from this company was the WORST EXPERINCE of my life. Not only did I not receive my merchandise on time, I never received it at all and I never got a refund. What I intended to be a surprise for my family at our reunion ended up being a disaster emotionally and finacially for me. To make matters worst, the customer service I received in trying to resolve my issue was PITIFUL at best. There was a lack of concern that they ""dropped the ball"" on my order and they never took responsibility for me NOT receiving my merchandise. I reccomend that you DO NOT use this company. Worst experience of my life ordering from them. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone! What a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
