I am very pleased with their work. My laptop only goes to 365, there are those times where you may find a location that will fix your computer cheaper, but I do believe if I am not mistaken that they will match their price. more

Friendly bunch - before the same problem re-occurred. 3/29/2011

To be fair, I give them a 4 star rating for the 1st repair. I liked the guys, they did it quick I would have given 5 stars if they didn't forget to re-install the internal DVD. Forgivable. Then 2 mo. into my 3 mo. warranty my screen blanked out again. THAT's when they needed the full 5 days before returning into working condition. I was upset. I would STILL give them a 4 if it were 5 days later - I don't hold grudges. SO MANY STORIES and 17 days later I waited in their office cause I wanted it back. I'd go elsewhere. ONLY 2 HOURS later they fixed it. 1 month later - BLANK. more

Overall, I would visit again 6/7/2010

I have written reviews for COMREZ Computer because I believe they have unique quality compared to other computer shops in this area I have been visited. Although It sounds tough I had to make two trips to get my computer fixed, after all I got my computer fixed (upgraded memory and new video/sound card) for a reasonable price. -Bob P. Nice to Know They beat GeekSquad 2/20/2010

Well, before I knew COMREZ, I used to bring all my computer problems to GeekSquad, and ended up paying too much for labour. I recently found out about COMREZ Computer near Sepulveda and Venice Blvd, and I got my eMachine repaired and HDD replaced there. They've got excellent customer service and plus reasonable labour ($59.95/hour) Pros: They Really Beat GeekSquad in Labour more

Bought Used Laptop for a good deal 12/10/2009
