For anyone who is taking the time to read this,I want you to know there are allot of things I would rather be doing than writing this review of this carpet cleaning company. But, after the way we were treated I feel it is my obligation to let people know what they might be getting themselves into. I hope that the owner reads this as well and make amends to the way he treats people. I am writing this in response to the way I was treated.He was abrupt and confrontational. Being hung up on by Cory who is the owner of 360 carpet cleaners,when I asked to be reimbursed for our time after four attempts to get the carpets in our home and office cleaned. He was very unprofessional. I called and left messages, wrote an email to try to talk to him personally to try and work out why there is a problem getting our carpet clean. NO response! This was not going to happen. After all my attempts to work with this person and just have our carpets clean was obviously more than I could ask,or should ask the way it looked. My time is worth something and I was not not asking for the total amount. There was no negotiating with this person. Except,he did call back however, to try and make a fifth appointment to clean our carpets. Said he was sorry but by that time for me there was no going back. After the way I was treated by him I did not feel comfortable having him or his staff in my home again. Of course,his attitude changed after looked into our service record for the past four years that we had with his company. To make me feel any better he should to at least offered a refund for our time having then come out four times without success. Our carpets were not that dirty. The tech just was in a hurry to get done and was not paying attention in an area that happened to be a high traffic spot. As far as I can tell they are all in a hurry. They might be great in small apartment, not a two thousand square foot home. Buyer please beware! I will not use them again.
