Businiess name:  360 Carpet Cleaners

Review content:
Based on some of the good reviews I saw about this company I decided to have 360 Carpet Cleaners come out to clean my carpets. I talked to Cory and set up an appointment for the next week. The next day I called to reschedule because I found out I was going to need to go out of town to attend a funeral. Although he got my new appointment on the books, he forgot to cancel our original appointment and sent a tech out to do my carpets while I was gone. When I came home days later I found on my voice mail one call from the tech and three from Cory. Cory's tone was very rude and angry. This should have been a red flag but realizing he thought I stood them up, I didn't dwell on it. I called him right away and when I reminded him of situation and previous call, he remembered and apologized. When it was time to do my carpets a young man showed up. He was pleasant enough. I have a pretty big house and was surprised how quickly he zipped through it. I got the advertised whole-house special. When he did my bill he charged me $10 more than the advertised price plus an additional $88 for extra stairs. I thought that was a lot for the stairs but because my house is large I thought the amount was fair overall, so I didn't say anything. For the rest of the day and evening I stayed off the carpets, except for the one in the office. I noticed that he didn't get that carpet very clean at all. I was doing some other cleaning in that room and spilled some windex, so I got out my ""little green machine"". I couldn't believe how much more dirt I was easily able to get out of the carpet.
