Great customer service. They were nice and I got allmy questions answered. I have a home in bellevue and I had a horrible pet issue. I did a google search and say 360 Carpet Cleaners. After looking at there website and reviews I decicded to call. It was exciting to hear they had same day service. the pet issue was cleaned and dry before diner time ... Thank you 360 you guys rock.
