Fun

This mom likes renting the bouncy toys for our backyard parties to keep the small ones entertained. Great delivery service.

Worst

321 bounce is a good place for kids over 3 yrs of age. Some of the staff members are really very cooperative but some of them make u rush in the party. I didn't find the staff me...

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 10/19/2007

Recently we booked a party at the Everett location a month in advance for our daughter's 4th birthday. We had been to parties at Pump it Up and thought that it was a great idea for our daughter's party so we decided to try 321 Bounce. We went in person for a tour before booking and loved it. While looking at the place we specifically asked the onsite manager, who was giving us the tour, while in the "bounce zone" if we would have this room to ourselves for a private party and she said "Yes". We continued to see the party room and loved it and booked the party same day. Everything went as follows as they say. We recieved the invites in the mail in two days sent them out, and planned a party. Two days before the party 321 Bounce called to firm up on the pizza order. At this time I asked if it would be alright to come a little early to set up the party room before the scheduled play time and was told no because of the other party that would be taking place. At this point I became very upset because we were told that we would have the "bounce zone" privately. The same girl, "manager", with whom gave us the tour and who had called apoligized and said that she would talk to her boss about some kind of resolution to this problem and get back to me. The next day her boss/owner called me and said that there was nothing that he was going to do about it and that they were not at fault whatsoever. He said that he had spoken to his employee and she would have never told us this. He basically called us liars. Unfortunately with 1 day to spare we had no choice but to go on with the party with no kind of compensation at all. This is the worst customer service that I have ever had and I would never recommend this place to anyone. more

Cannot bring in any food, overbearing management 8/6/2007

The management here needs to take a deep breath. If your kid is allergic to pizza, and that is all that is offered, what do you do? "Can we pay you money, say $50 (e.g., a cleanup fee) to be able to bring in a fruit or a vegetable for a snack, instead of soda and pizza?" Answer: No. more

Ridiculous policies 7/22/2007

Completely agree with those who say that the facility itself is fun for the kids, but totally frustrating for the ones who foot the bill. Think "Soup Nazi" meets bouncy-castle, and you won't be far off. Their food policy is crazy. I completely understand if an organization wants to get more margin off of food -- like movie theaters. That's fine. But if you do that, you need to have more (and healthier!) choices than just Pizza Hut Pizza. The manager on duty is very cranky and hard-core about enforcing the rules. DO NOT BOUNCE HERE. more

3-2-1 Bounce is GREAT! GREAT! GREAT! 7/21/2007

I have had several parties in both Everett and Bellevue. When I booked each party the employee on the phone explained everything in great detail. I thought the pizza costs were fine, since we got free access to the soda fountain in the room. I even found it great that I didn't have to bring silverware for my cake, soda, and pizza. We got the invitations in the mail a few days after we booked with a questions sheet and our confirmation. Their website details out everything we need to know to and their employees are very helpful and kid friendly. 3 2 1 Bounce lets you play longer and has an attendant that does everything for you including clean up. I love to that they require everyone to wear socks so germs aren't spread and my babies that are playing on the floor aren't getting dirty from peoples' shoes. It isn't like that at the Jungle place or Discovery Zone. We wouldn't go anywhere else but 3 2 1 Bounce! more

A Blast!! 11/6/2006

We had a joint party for a 3 and a 4 year old this weekend. The inflatables were awesome and I had more fun than my kids. We just wished the party was longer than the two and half hours that it was. Highly recommend this for kids. more

Bad bounce 11/5/2006

I have to agree with every word in Stan's review. We have just returned from our son's birthday party in 3-2-1 bounce, and we highly recommend to everyone to avoid this place. The facilities are indeed good, no complaints about that, but the restrictions and the way they are applied are ridiculous. They have the "pizza and carrots" restrictions written somewhere in the Questions and Answers section on their site, but we weren't aware of the restrictions. We ordered 3 pizzas (with their exorbitant markup) from them for kids, and decided to bring some "healthier" food in addition. We bought a standard vegetable and fruit trays from Costco, and sandwiches (also from Costco). While unpacking there i left the party room for several minutes, and upon my return, the rolls, and all the vegetables and fruits weren't there except for the carrots. I asked one of the employees what happened to our goods, and they simply replied - "we removed all the restricted goods to a separate room". All attempts to convince them that the people will remain hungry, and to make an exception were in vain. During the party itself, one of the kids mom approached us and said the kid is allergic to flour, and can't eat pizza. We tried to convince the staff at 3-2-1 bounce, but the manager in place (a very rude girl name Denny) has made a little scandal in front of the guests, arguing with the guests who tried to support us and give the kid who has allergy some vegetables that we brought. Bottom line, the party was ruined and we were highly dissapointed and embarrased in front of the guests, especially since none of the adults had received any of the food we brought. If you are planning a bouncy party, there are probably some friendlier places to choose than 3-2-1 bounce. more

321 Bounce 8/5/2006

We attended a birthday party at 321 Bounce in Bellevue for the first time. It is an interesting competitor to Pump It Up. The birthday party takes place in a room with about six or seven inflatable rides. This is in comparison to the 4 or 5 that Pump It Up offers. However, you share the room with the other birthday party that is going on at the same time. They also have air hockey and foosball tables for the older folks and that is fun. They have some toddler toys laid out, which my little daughter appreciated. Then you go to another room to have your food and cake. That part is great because there is an employee that helps with serving and clean-up. I really liked that. They don't do that at Pump It Up. Anyway, it was a fun place to go! more

3-2-1 BOUNCE was incredible!! 6/26/2006

The first word that comes to mind, is WOW. I recently had my 9 year olds party here and everything was awesome. When she was 7 she had her party at Pump It Up. After hearing about this new place from a friend we thought this year we would give 3-2-1 Bounce a try. She was happy we did. The incredible variety of equipment was unmatched by any venue we had ever seen. I can see how both older kids and younger ones find rides that are appropriately challenging and work for their age. We really liked the size of the open style play area with the impressive lounge for parents right up against it. The layout of the place is so hugh and open that having two same age groups present was never an issue. The party length was a great value at two and a half hours. Our group had a pinata in our own dedicated party room and it was an absolute blast! Obviously, there was limited outside food we could bring in ourself. However, that is to be expected at any type of facility whether Chuck E. Cheese or any such place. We had our own personal party host that supervised our kids the entire time for two and a half hours. We are going to be visiting again real soon for their open play. Great fun. I highly recommend this place as does my daughter. This place makes for a great business event option as well. My company may schedule our summer event here. Tom more

Don't Bounce Into 3-2-1 Bounce 4/3/2006

Just held my 6 year old's birthday party at 3-2-1 Bounce. These places with inflatable play structures are all the rage. If you just have to take your kid(s) to one don't make it 3-2-1 Bounce. The play space and structures are fine. But it's way overpriced for what you get. Their restrictions border on silly. Some examples - the only main dish food they allow for a party is pizza, which they have to order from Papa John's with a nice markup; they allow you to bring in carrots, but not fruit (so all our sliced apples went unopened); don't even ask about soda, because that goes into the "we have to order it" bucket. At least we could bring our own cake. Their promotional material says you get a private party, but they don't tell you that this includes sharing the play space with another party. I understand that from a logistics standpoint, but their materials should make that clear because our kids were surprised when all these younger kids were running around with them. And best of all they provide almost no supervision on the play structures despite claims to the contrary. I didn't see an employee come into the play area for the first 30 mins we were there, and while she was nice enough she spent as much time on her cell phone as she did watching kids. And she never enforced the rules, which got interesting when the party of younger kids experienced a 4 kid pileup on a big slide. We ended up at this place because the one that my son knew about - Pump It Up - was booked. I've not been to that place so I can't compare. But this one didn't impress me and I cannot recommend it anyone who wants to play at one of these inflatable structure playgrounds. more
