I have to agree with every word in Stan's review.
We have just returned from our son's birthday party in 3-2-1 bounce, and we highly recommend to everyone to avoid this place.
The facilities are indeed good, no complaints about that, but the restrictions and the way they are applied are ridiculous.
They have the "pizza and carrots" restrictions written somewhere in the Questions and Answers section on their site, but we weren't aware of the restrictions.
We ordered 3 pizzas (with their exorbitant markup) from them for kids, and decided to bring some "healthier" food in addition. We bought a standard vegetable and fruit trays from Costco, and sandwiches (also from Costco).
While unpacking there i left the party room for several minutes, and upon my return, the rolls, and all the vegetables and fruits weren't there except for the carrots.
I asked one of the employees what happened to our goods, and they simply replied - "we removed all the restricted goods to a separate room". All attempts to convince them that the people will remain hungry, and to make an exception were in vain.
During the party itself, one of the kids mom approached us and said the kid is allergic to flour, and can't eat pizza.
We tried to convince the staff at 3-2-1 bounce, but the manager in place (a very rude girl name Denny) has made a little scandal in front of the guests, arguing with the guests who tried to support us and give the kid who has allergy some vegetables that we brought.
Bottom line, the party was ruined and we were highly dissapointed and embarrased in front of the guests, especially since none of the adults had received any of the food we brought.
If you are planning a bouncy party, there are probably some friendlier places to choose than 3-2-1 bounce.
