I had my sons party last weekend and had tons of fun. Great place. The folks here took care of everything. All we had to do was take home our gifts. more

We've been invited to parties here over a dozen times. My daughter has worn eye glasses for 6 years, and she's now 9. Everytime they tell her she cannot play wearing her glasses. She's a -6.50 in each eye. Tell me how in the world can they make a judgement that it's safer for my child and other children there for her to not wear her glasses? They are horrible!!! Do not waste your money here. There are other much better run bouncey places nearby. more

Please change your managers, They are disrespectul to customers and they are the rudest managers. Managers overwork their staffs and managers just stay on cell phones just doing nothing walking around. please change the management . Hire proffesional ones. more

It was hilarious to watch the kids having fun and playing dodgeball with their parents. Fun staff and very nice play area. more

Our child’s birthday party was very well organized and the staff kept everything going like it should. Definitely a no stress party and everyone got a lot of exercise as well. Service and attendants were very good. We will be back again next year. more

If you schedule your party at 3-2-1 like we did, you won't have anything to worry about. Everything went well from start to finish with our group. Great staff and management. more

We had tons of fun at this place and I have been to 2 parties here. Service is great and the staff makes sure everyone has a great time. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a party place where everyone can have fun regardless of age. I found out recently that they do after hours teen events with sumo wrestling as well. My 17 year old son is planning to have a high school graduation party here. The dodgeball court, jousting and 2 80 foot long obstacle courses are really fun. more

I had my daughter's birthday party planned for over a month. She was very excited. I had the cake, balloons party favors packed in the car ready to go and my phone rang. It was 321 bounce calling to tell me that they had been having electrical issues all day and could not host the party. This was one hour prior to party time! If they had been having these issues all day why did they wait until 2:30 to call me when the party was scheduled for 3:30? Needless to say I had a very upset 8 year old. I had to scramble to call everyone, try and make other party arrangements and calm my daughter all at once. Do these people know what this kind of thing means to a child? If you have electrical problems fine, not your fault. It is your fault when you fail to call and warn the parents at a decent time in order to allow them to make other plans and not waist money on cake, balloons etc. We ended up having the party at Pump it up in Kirkland later that evening. I was told by them the same thing happened to another client that had a birthday planned at 321 bounce that day but they received a cancellation phone call at 9 am for an 11 am party. This proved to me that 321 bounce knew about the electrical problem much earlier in the day but decided that waiting to call an hour before my party was to begin was good business practice. I don't think so. They did refund my deposit but did not offer anything else. I lost money on party favors because not as many kid's could come at the later time, I also wound up spending more money at pump it up. The staff was not very sympathetic at the time of the phone call. They seemed "put out" that I was so upset. I basically got the equivalent of "Like, I'm sorry okay". I don't know what electrical system there hooked up to but if you choose to plan a party there make sure you call that day to make sure they have power or you might be sorry! more

I had not been to 3-2-1 Bounce before I scheduled the party for our 3 year old so I was a little nervous the day of the party. Everything was organized well and Paul's friends who were between 2 and 6 had a wonderful experience. If you are thinking about having your party here you will certainly have a good time thanks to the nice staff, management and clean facility. Thankfully I did schedule about 8 weeks in advance so I was able to find a time that worked for us. more

Our end of season soccer party we had went off without a hitch. The entire team showed up and a fair number of parents as well. So, we were pleased that everything went well as this was a special team that deserved a great time. A perfect place to go for a team event or any party with little or no planning required aside from getting a date booked. more

Everyone knows how crazy planning a party can be, especially around holidays. Unfortunately my daughter has a December birthday so I pull double duty every year getting it organized and the Christmas planning done. For her 5th I decided to have her party outside the home and let someone else deal with the stress. Was a great move on my part. Our party coordinator at 3-2-1 Bounce took care of everthing for us. From serving our cake, drinks and staying with us the entire time in our party room...what a relief. Great choice for busy moms and anyone wanting a carefree party. Had a fantastic time celebrating our 12 year olds birthday recently and everything went very well. The management and staff were all very helpful and organized. We had 24 children and some parents in attendance as well. Everyone including adults said it was a great time. We had pizza and really enjoyed the unlimited use of the soda fountains during our time in the party room. The parties there are a great value for the money with the parties being 2 and a half hours long. My only advice is to schedule well in advance to get the party times you want. It is best to schedule at least a few weeks in advance if you want your party to be during an afternoon on a Saturday or Sunday. Sarah more

My sons' party was cancelled one hour before it was scheduled to begin. Both of their birthdays' are within a week of Christmas, so I take a lot of time (and $$) to plan a special day for them. They were very excited about their 321 Bounce party, especially because last year's was cancelled due to the storm and power outage. Imagine my surprise when we arrived for our party and the girl at the desk said 'i guess you didn't get my message.' There was some sort of electrical issue and they had to cancel. There did not appear to be anyone working on fixing the problem, and the only solution the girl had was that we could reschedule for Saturday. That wasn't a reasonable solution, considering almost all of the 30 kids were already at 321 Bounce. She talked on her cell phone (not business related) while my friends and I figured out what to do next. We went to Chuck-E-Cheese. The kids had a blast and I had a headache. I am very disapointed in how the cancellation was handled and have not received any follow-up or apology from management at 321 Bounce. I understand the electrical issue may have been out of their control, but better customer service would have meant we may return there one day. As it stands, we won't and neither will any of our friends. more

Just too my 3 year old son to the Everett 321 Bounce. We've been to a a facility like it in Bothell called Jump Planet. What others have said that are good about 321 Bounce is true. Lots more toys, stuff for adults to play. Unfortunately, all the negative stuff people have said are true as well. They have a ridiculous policies and the employees don't know how to back those policies up. One of them was you can't wear glasses when on any of the inflatable toys. Why? Is it safer to run around blind? The employee told me it was because if they shatter, it may injure other people. Well, my glasses are plastic lens...they don't shatter. Doesn't matter. She tried to tell me it's Washington State law. I can't find that law anywhere. Someone enlighten me? Food policies were also ridiculous. The employee said they couldn't serve us the pizza, ...but yet...we couldn't have one of the parents serve either .....so we could only have people holding the pizza boxes around to each person and have that person grab a slice. HOWEVER...the employee had no issue cutting and dishing out the cake. I find that completely contradictory and gross. The other part was another party came into the area not long after we got started. That party had maybe 15-20 more kids running around and added to the confusion and chaos. Made finding your kid harder. Bottom line, ...the parents I talked to about it were very dissatisfied with 321 Bounce. Someone said it perfectly...the kids had fun no doubt, ...but the adults were all annoyed and upset. Do yourself a favor, check out other places. more

We had my 3 year old son's birthday at 321 bounce. Great facility and wonderful equipment. However, the food policy, poor pizza vendor choice ($18 for a large PIZZA HUT PIZZA!) and lack of healthy catering options should not only raise a red flag as an unhealthy place for children but the fact that they are willing to inflate pizza prices to help their bottom line should make you think twice before booking a party here. To top things off, they ask you to TIP your party helper and they give you a bill that includes party room cost $240, pizza, extras and taxes then they add it all up. From that total they suggest you TIP 15-18% to your party host. Also, beware setting up the party over the phone was horrible. The staff there were rude and inconsiderate. So beware and go somewhere else - they don't deserve anyone's money. more

Had a party last Sunday...it was awesome. Customer service there is top notch, parents had just as much fun as the kids. Staff were very friendly and our party host was the absolute best. If you are looking for a place to have a truly memorable party, look no further. more

Last week our family had a large party for our 7 year old son. We have a fairly large family with lots of siblings and many age groups to consider. I looked at several other venues and none of them compared to this place on any scale. The layout is incredible with a great variety of activities for everyone that came. The play area is hugh. The staff would not let me lift a finger and took care of everything from start to end. Cannot say enough about this venue for any type of party or gathering. more
