Fun

This mom likes renting the bouncy toys for our backyard parties to keep the small ones entertained. Great delivery service.

Worst

321 bounce is a good place for kids over 3 yrs of age. Some of the staff members are really very cooperative but some of them make u rush in the party. I didn't find the staff me...

I was very unhappy! 4/22/2009

I planed a party a month erly and thay say nothing on there web page about overlapping partys untill you book one and give them $100. then they tell you you can only change your time two weeks in itvance but any one can book up till the last minute on you so I had now clue till I called to confurm 3 days erly that there was another party at the same time and I cant change my time now because it was past my two weeks even thow thay booked one week before my party? So the girl I talked to on the phone tride to argue with me about it. so RUDE! Pros: it is not far! Cons: I have alot more

Very Unhappy 4/18/2009

I have ONLY attended the 321 Bounce in Everett, WA but will NEVER frequent it again. For starters ""managment"" is not qualitfied and do not have customer service skills...then on the real reason I am writing a review: My son has worn glasses since the age of 2 and can not see the large ""E"" on the eye chart. So when we went to this facility for a friends birthday party they infomed me that my son could not bounce with them. Let me tell you, from a mom of a 5 yr old we have been to every ""bounce house"" facility in WA for parties and this is the ONLY facility that told him no glasses. This of course made my son feels as if something was ""wrong"" with him and he cried many tears. I feel as if they discriminated against him. They never once told the parents to take off their glasses and I signed a waiver for my child to play. They claim they were not afraid of their equipment but for the safety of my child. For all you that have children with glasses...childrens glasses are the safest, compared to adult glasses. So they have this extremly ""silly"" rule (to be kind I will use that word) plus many many many more restrictions they they will not waiver on. So my suggestion is to go to Pump It Up or Jump Planet for some real fun! And if you dare to go to 321 Bounce call ahead for all their ""rules"" so you can prep your child as well with yourself! Pros: kids seem to like it Cons: everything more

absolutely terrible rules 4/29/2008

The first reviewer was not only right, but the only real review here. The other two were obviously posted by the company. The pizza is directly from Papa John's, but you must order it through 321 bounce, and they charge much more than it costs. There is a much more flexible and better one in Kirkland called Pump it Up. Cons: Rude and inflexible scam artists more

Best party venue around, hands down. 1/13/2008

We celebrated a family members birthday (9 year old). As it turned out, the siblings and the adults also had an amazing time during the party. The dodge ball court was totally hilarious to watch everyone play in. The kids also liked the other activities such as foosball and air hockey. From beginning to end, everything went very smoothly thanks to our extremely organized party hostess. The structured format worked well and the amount of time was more than adequate. I highly recommend this place and we will be back! Pros: Parking was plentiful, everything was well organized, customer service was top notch. more

Easiest Kid's Party I have ever done! 7/21/2007

I read the prior review and was concerned about booking at 3 2 1 so I called them first. I decided to book a party at the Bellevue 3 2 1 Bounce and found their staff to be pleasant and helpful. I got the entire run down for how the the parties work and what I could and couldn't bring in. I asked about the carrot/celery thing. I was told because broccoli and califlower stink when they get warm. I totally agree, have you ever smelled warm broccoli? We ordered pizza from them and with the pizza we got unlimited use of a soda fountain for free! Seemed like a good deal to me. We had a blast and I didn't have to lift a finger! I will always have parties at 3 2 1 Bounce! My kids love it there!!!!!!! Pros: Easy place to host a party that is fun! Cons: Very busy, book early!!!! more

Bad place, bad attitude 11/4/2006

We have just returned from our son's birthday party in 3-2-1 bounce, and we highly recommend to everyone to avoid this place.\r \r The facilities are good, no complaints about that, but the restrictions and the way they are applied are ridiculous.\r \r They have the ""pizza and carrots"" restrictions - that is the guests are not allowed to bring any food except to order pizza through them, and can only add carrots and celery to this (don't ask me why carrots and not other vegetables). Those restrictions are written somewhere in the Questions and Answers section on their site, but we weren't aware of the restrictions. \r \r We ordered 3 pizzas (with their exorbitant markup) from them for kids, and decided to bring some ""healthier"" food in addition. We bought a standard vegetable and fruit trays from Costco, and sandwiches (also from Costco).\r \r While unpacking there i left the party room for several minutes, and upon my return, the rolls, and all the vegetables and fruits weren't there except for the carrots. \r \r I asked one of the employees what happened to our goods, and they simply replied - ""we removed all the restricted goods to a separate room"". All attempts to convince them that the people will remain hungry, and to make an exception were in vain. \r \r During the party itself, one of the kids mom approached us and said the kid is allergic to flour, and can't eat pizza. \r We tried to convince the staff at 3-2-1 bounce, but the manager in place (a very rude girl name Denny) has made a little scandal in front of the guests, arguing with the guests who tried to support us and give the kid who has allergy some vegetables that we brought.\r \r Bottom line, the party was ruined and we were highly dissapointed and embarrased in front of the guests, especially since none of the adults had received any of the food we brought.\r \r If you are planning a bouncy party, there are probably some friendlier places to choose than 3-2-1 bounce.\r \r more
