Back in Summer 2009, I had a Sony TV with minor image distortion for them to fix. They said it will be completely fixed with $180. After a month, they let me pick up the TV after my payment but when I turn on TV at home, I found distorted images. I sent it back on the same day and they blame me and question me if I break the TV within 2 hours in home. Of course not. Then I wait for another month, they called me very rude saying that I need to pay another $ 300 for the ""NEW"" problems they suddenly found... Then I bargin and paid $ 200 to fix it. 2 weeks later, they call me again saying that they need to charge me additional $200 because they found many parts need to be replaced.... I said no and took the TV home. The TV was completely broken during their terrible repair process, and there is no sound , no image and no power on.... Paid $380, waited for 3 months, they turn my TV to garbbage!\r
