I took my Pioneer CD player in for service. They took $50.00 up front and said they would call me in 7-10 days. They did not. I read these reviews before I took my chances and decided ""no business could be THAT bad"". I was correct. They were worse. After about 12 days I stopped in at about 2 pm. They said ""the tech is not here now, but I will call you later today"". They never called. I called them and they said they have not gotten to the unit but it was next on the list. They said to call the next day. The next day, very late in the afternoon I called. After a bunch of panic pauses...the clueless wonder said he was ""testing"" the unit and saw no problems. Since it refused to play 3 out of 4 disks...I had to assume this was just BS. I told them to stop jerking me around and that I would pick it up the next day..which I did. So it cost me $50.00 for not believing all the other people who gave them 1 star. I am a believer now. These people are clueless. I have no idea how they stay in business. Anyone who gave them more than 1 star and is happy either has the wrong business or is smoking something funny.... Trust me... Just don't go there.....
