My microwave was not turning on, It would start smoking and make noise; I thought I was not going to have a microwave until I got my next pay check. Thank the lord I found 25 Electronics. 25 Electronics saved me money and time, the owner was so respectful, generous and very quick. Rafeal called me and asked me to please remove my review off of the internet and he would bring me my tv. A week later I still did not here from him. I called him and told him I was coming to pick my tv up on that sat. I get there, no one is there. I came back with a police officer to get my tv, still no one there. He promised me he would bring my tv to me on tuesday, now it is anoth week later and still no tv. If your appliance is of any value do not take it to this man, you will not get it back. He even went as far as to tell me that POLAROID went out of business, WHAT A LIAR. Jan 2010 will be two years that he has had my tv. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN HE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF. OH....I called polaroid about the whole went out of business bit... they are now doing their own investigating. Cons: Too many to list more

I've had several electronic devices serviced at 25 Electronics and my problems have been solved every time. From Numark brand Equalizers, Onkyo and Sansui brand Receivers, to highly complex McIntosh brand Amplifiers and Preamplifiers; Mr. Rafael has the credentials and experience to troubleshoot and repair whatever you might have. Sometimes he's even offered and been able to fix a unit while I wait, using his on-site inventory of parts and equipment. Other times when a part must be ordered; he is always easy to contact so I can check on the status of my equipment. Occasionally when unexpected issues come up with a unit (as when others with less experience have attempted to repair); Mr Rafael will take the initiative to do whatever may be needed to get the product back to looking and performing as it should. I, for one, am glad to drive to the next county from my home in order to have my electronics serviced by someone I can trust and depend on! I got a Bose sound system about a year ago and I started having problems with my speakers. I was very angry that only a year of owning it that it was already quote Broken. I brought my system to 25 electronics hoping that it was fixable. He told me what was wrong and looked up the price right infront of me to see how much the part was going to cost. He bairly charged me labor! Rafhael is a hard working man and a week and a half later it was ready to pick up. , i have a Astar Lcd 32 Inch. start to have problem.. i have to turn off and on.. in ordr to work.. and then one day just Went totall off. never came back.. i call and he came by my house.. he took the tv.. and then.. in a few days.. return my tv Back my tv is working better than before..i guess they come with a Factory issue.. and he put some parts of more capacity.. Hello I'm a new customer at 25 Electronics and I had a awesome experience with this company. I'm not much of a comment leaver but I just had too. I was having a problem with my Samsung T.V. for some reason it just wouldn't turn on! I looked every where to find a place that would fix my t.v but without my warrenty the parts were really expensive to replace. I gave 25 electronics a call and spoke to a man named Canaan, he set an appointment with me to come to my home for $35.00 and take a look at the t.v. I don't get off work until 7p.m so I didn't expect he would be willing to come so late. He came over and pointed out that I didn't have a circut protector and that lighting was the cause of my problem. I was so upset because the one time I didn't unplug the t.v during a storm was the one time that it blew! He took my t.v that day back to his store to see if their was anything he could do the next day I recieved a phone call stating that he found the board and other part that he needed. I was scared to find out how much it was going to cost to get fixed, I knew it must be expensive... Nope he gave me one Heck of a discount and I got my T.v in a couple of weeks. I thought it was brand new T.V! He was so nice and patient with me I loved my service here! Pros: They Fixed my T.V more

25 Electronics Is THE worst company I have ever done business with. The man that owns the place has kept my TV close to a year now. Everytime I call or show up to the office, he makes one excuse after another as to why my tv is not ready. He has hung up the phone on me and at times has become belligerent. Rafhael Canaan is my TV repair guy. Hate that I live so far away from his office. In the end it was worth the trip. He fixed my TV, my computer flat panel monitor and my radio. He gave me a good price. For all three repairs (which took about 2 weeks) I paid exactly what other repair shops would have charged for my one TV alone!. I will keep 25 Electronics on my speed dial.
