Hello I'm a new customer at 25 Electronics and I had a awesome experience with this company. I'm not much of a comment leaver but I just had too. I was having a problem with my Samsung T.V. for some reason it just wouldn't turn on! I looked every where to find a place that would fix my t.v but without my warrenty the parts were really expensive to replace. I gave 25 electronics a call and spoke to a man named Canaan, he set an appointment with me to come to my home for $35.00 and take a look at the t.v. I don't get off work until 7p.m so I didn't expect he would be willing to come so late. He came over and pointed out that I didn't have a circut protector and that lighting was the cause of my problem. I was so upset because the one time I didn't unplug the t.v during a storm was the one time that it blew! He took my t.v that day back to his store to see if their was anything he could do the next day I recieved a phone call stating that he found the board and other part that he needed. I was scared to find out how much it was going to cost to get fixed, I knew it must be expensive... Nope he gave me one Heck of a discount and I got my T.v in a couple of weeks. I thought it was brand new T.V! He was so nice and patient with me I loved my service here!
