My entire state to state move experience was very overwhelming using 24 hours moving inc. Moving is very stressful one, but this guys was good in sales talk that I immediately hired them.But for the reader's information its not just sales talk, they also put into action everything we talked during closing of the deal whether it is verbally or written. Yes of course, they charge some for additional flight of stairs and long distance carry but it was actually written on the contract but the way they handled everything you won't regret you hired them. So my move story started when I hired the company through the sales personnel Sharon, she is nice lady and gives me a lot of points and details on the move and what I should be expecting. She even invited me to check out their warehouse so I can take a look how they handle the belongings of their customer. So, we proceeded with the move and then Roy with his guys arrived to pick up all my items. I have mostly boxes which I already packed myself and they did the big furniture and the fragile ones. Hand me over a paper which is a checklist of the items coming out of my house and going in their truck and asked me to check number in the inventory list so I myself witness it was loaded in the truck. So thirteen days, after the pick up my property arrived, Joseph and his guys was very polite and very careful when doing the unloading and unpacking. Everything was delivered in one piece and they even handed me an evaluation form to fill up after everything was done, which is for me a good way to interact with the customers. I like this company and will handed over to anyone their name and number in case they needed a good and tested mover. more

I was quoted about three thousand to move out of state. These guys are complete example of a good moving company. My items were perfectly delivered and many items of value were in tact when shipped. Many boxes was still upright and not smashed since they did stacked it by weight.\r \r My Passport that was been missing before I moved was been found by one of the guys unpacking all the furniture(it was actually found inside one of the cabinets), which I believe to be an honest work of good people. I checked the big and pricey stuffs like bed, the frame, flat screen tv, and some jewelry and everything is complete and no damage.\r \r I believe this company is one of the best. I am for sure will recommend them. Thumbs up. more

A woman from 24 hours moving told me that the company will be sending three people with a straight truck to our current location to pick up all our packed belongings. We are moving out of state and most of our belongings are already in boxes.All that was left to do are the big furniture like the mattresses and the living room and kitchen furniture. I have never seen such amazing and efficient workers anywhere!!! They all had a smile on their face and were very helpful. Every single piece of furniture, lamp, painting, vase and anything else you can think of was wrapped carefully and taped to prevent any damage.\r \r While our property is on transit a guy called me a day before the actual delivery date to inform me of the details on the delivery and politely asked me if my place is accessible by an 18-wheeler truck. I said its is accessible and he said he will call back an hour before the delivery time to inform me that they are close. When they arrived in the destination, Two men were there to deliver it. One guy gave me a check list which I will use to check for items delivered and they let me inspect it first before they take it in the house. I thought they will get annoyed of me always changing my mind on where to place the furniture but they were still cool and smiling all the time.\r \r I just felt that this move with 24 hours moving inc was very positive because I worked with pleasantly, neat looking people who works hard, fast and careful. We used this guys twice but this is the first time I am writing them a review. The first move is when I moved my sister who lives in our house to Missouri and now when we moved there for good. We used them twice because we are very satisfied with their service not to mention the good pricing they gave on both services which is a year apart. Sindy was very proactive in contacting me about scheduling and pricing. Both times the service was excellent and rates were affordable.\r \r three men were assigned to us for both the move and the delivery. They were fast and efficient but also very careful handling all the furniture especially the fragile once. The guys were also very nice and friendly! They got very efficient and reliable customer service who always contact us to provide status and evaluation of the whole process. Glad I used them the second time around. more

For me, moving is the most stressful event that could happen in my life. Unfortunately I always happen to move because of the nature of my job.I moved three times already and believe me after those moves I can generalize that movers are always late, always damage items, always rude and always charge a lot of money. However, that viewpoint was changed on my fourth move in which I used 24 hours moving inc. I was very pleased with their work for the reason that the guys were actually early, they took care of my items as I really would want them to (without any missing or damaged items!), and they worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend 24 hours moving inc to people I know. more

Thank GOD I have a bad experience on my last move that I tend to do a tough and torough research this time, so my move would not end up being horrific again. For three days, i sent 15 inquiries for a mover to different websites. My email and my phone almost blasted from the never ending calls from movign companies. Until one time when I was in Downtown Dallas visiting my mother, I saw our nieghbor moving out. Out of curiiousity I asked her about the moving company and she said she is very happy on their service. So i called this company and asked for an in-home estimate(online quotation is tedious and I am bad on determining sizes of boxes and etc.).Mike came by to give me an in home estimate, and he was very true to his word. The advantage of sending people to do the estimate is to lessen discrepancies. So to cut the story short, they moved us and The movers, Joseph did an astounding job. They were fast and efficient, and had a friendly attitude throughout the whole process. They were so careful with everything, and nothing was damaged. I never had this contentment on any service I got. Most of the time I complain but this time i can't say bad about them. They were marvelous and professional in every aspect. more

I don't easily write reviews for a moving company but due to the great service given by 24 hours moving inc, I am taking this space to show my appreciation to 24 hours moving inc for moving us with less hassle to Ohio. I was not a fan of moving companies before because I've been hearing bad experiences from different people and compared their moves to a hell. After digging Google of about 20 movers we narrowed it down to 24 hours moving inc. based on reputation and the personal service provided.\r \r Their personnel whom i talked not just think of the company's benefit but with the customer as well, she gave some points and some additional information that might help me decide on my move. The people who did my move were cool but I am specifically very happy with the salesperson and their pricing. I have nothing much to say but thank you. Til next time. more

I need to move from Dallas,Texas to Sta Clara, California.I am on a tight budget and need to find the cheapest mover as possible. A friend told me about 24 Hours moving Inc. Aside from they are so nice and polite, they are the only company who is willing to move me within the given price range. At first, I am quite hesitant to use any moving company but I was left with no choice.I hired 24 hours moving inc to move me.Two people went in my apartment to move my belongings and load to a truck and Two but not the same people delivered it to Sta Clara. The delivery went smooth and good, No broken item and no missing items as well. Its far way better than other companies because they can give you not just good but best service though. If you ask me I will recommend them, surely I will. more

24 Hours Moving Inc. Moved me from Dallas to San Jose after I lived and worked in a large scale computer company for 10 years. I am a computer engineer and got hit by the ongoing work shortage and got laid off. I am just so lucky after this I git a bettrt job down in San Jose CA. Prior to this move, i have nightmares with other moving companies, They talk good before the move and becomes the boss after you all settle down and your belongings are in the truck. Since talking to Mike their Sales person, I wasn't that assured yet what will happen next but made me confident once the pick up people got in my house. They look presentable wearing the company's uniform and they talk politely. I breathe fully when they delivered my items in perfect condition. I never regret hiring them for my move. The people both in the office and in the field are very polite. The driver have good experience and very professional. This review was due a month ago, It started with twenty plus quotes when i inquired at a moving company website. It took me about a week just to get the right moving company, dealing with their quotation amount, the service duration, additional charges, insurance and some more details that I wanted to know. I thought I made the wrong move sending over my request because my phone never stopped ringing and my emails got full. From all replies and all that I accommodated I got confused. This was my first big move and I needed someone to help me, not confuse me until a friend told me about 24 hours moving inc(in fact one of those 20 that replied on my inquiry is 24 hours moving inc).I called them and I talked to a guy and a lady and both took the time to explain everything completely and answered all my questions. They made it clear what to expect and they also explained why some of the quotes I was getting from other companies seemed too good to be true and what information the others were not telling me.Since it is my first move i don't know how to give them the necessary details of the items i have, so they sent personnel to do an in-house estimates. The guy that came out, Michael, was so patient and helpful. He guaranteed to be there on the day of my move, and as promised he was. The movers came in the morning, packed and loaded my entire house. I received my things a month ago. As i expect, everything arrived safely. A leg of my dresser was broken but since I purchased a full replacement insurance, I've got a check immediately to replace the broken dresser. Fast and good customer service. They were too great and very professional. I will truly recommend them to everyone. more

My family moved few weeks ago to New York City, and 24 hours moving Inc. did a great job! They were like warriors well equipped with gadgets and ammunition, because they came in with more than enough packing materials, boxes and padding! They have all the materials and worked fast while carefully taking care our belongings. They freed us from worries when we saw the output of their job. I checked on one couch...its carefully wrapped tightly with plastic and padding as well as the glass hutch of my mother. \r \r They came delivered our items in record time and even help us to reassemble some of our furniture. This was a painless move and really had a great time. Joseph and his team were very polite, professional and honest and they couldn't make my move faster and more efficient and I must say, we were extremely pleased with their service. 24 hours moving Inc. just recently moved me from Dallas, Texas to Jersey City, NJ. I am a computer software programmer so I tend to be deployed from one state to another. Its constantly happening every 6 months to one year. So I know what are the do's and don't in moving and what to expect during move. To be honest I always expect a service that burden me in price, headaches, and problems until I used 24 hours moving inc. I can't believe how smooth my move was. From the pick-up to delivery the people are very professional. Yes, i got charged more because the cubic feet from the actual pick-up is more than the original estimates but they did a good job. During delivery is better, I am happy my items where left untouched and unscathed. The Items was delivered 5 days after the pick-up and they were consistent on updating me where the shipment is. Hope they got branch in Jersey because I would definitely use them again if possible. Thumbs up and a pat for you guys. Good job! more

All i can say is good job guys. I was looking for a moving company last May 2013 and was very afraid of choosing a bad company, until my friend Ashley who used this company and moved to SF referred me to them. Since she mostly recommend the company i never hesitated to call them and ask for a quote. As we agreed on everything I am so pleased with the outcome and very happy to talk to Mike the salesperson. From pick-up, they professionally packed, boxed,wrapped all my belongings and delivered in one piece plus the people who made deliveries are very polite and friendly. 24 Hours Moving Inc. gave me a Good price. I have a lot of heavy and fragile items and they were all handled carefully and unscathed. The estimates provided were accurate and the personnel did the great job of handling over the information of what I wanted to do and how my belongings be handled. This is my first time to move but heard a lot of nightmares from costumers who moved before, Most says they have misrepresented costs, exerted heavy pressure for additional moneys or tips, were not on time but luckily i got one of those good companies who professionally do their job and are not arrogant when doing their job. Most of all I am very happy of the service and the confidence these people gave me for my first time move. For those moving from Dallas Area, this company is the best for you. more

Great Service! I wanted to recommend 24 Hours Moving for the outstanding job they did with my move. I have made several residence moves in the past, not always with good results but they exceeded my expectations. The positive experience started with the return call from their account rep, Mike, who was very professional and asked all the right questions. The quoted price was very fair and, as it turned out, an incredible deal. The moving team was very professional and focused on making sure that my possessions and property were well protected. They even had to carry furniture and appliances up a double flight of stairs and never hit the walls or banisters. Even when they finished, there was no damage at all. I would highly recommend them for any move contemplated and will use them again in the future. more
