The moving company I hired for my move is 24 Hours moving inc. They never promise anything during closing of the moving deal but they deliver good services which is unexpected to any moving company. I always have issues hiring a moving company on my previous experience so I never expected a good service at all to any moving company. I am so thankful that I found this moving company because they proved to me that they were different from my previous hired movers. They were full of positive characteristics. Thumbs up to all of 24 Hours Moving Inc's employees. . more

The best mover I ever hired! 3/23/2015

The moving company I hired was 24 Hours Moving Inc and I am glad I did. Because they understood my situation and they did their best to make it comfortable for both parties. I was about to move to California when suddenly my father died and I needed to attend his funeral and do some more stuffs related to his death before I can move to California. Unfortunately my furniture was already in transit when I informed them to postpone the delivery. They understood my situation that they suggested they will store my belongings in a public storage in California and when I am ready for delivery they will resume the move. I agreed, and after a month I am ready to receive the deliveries they did the job with no hard heart. I appreciate their compassion and understanding to customer like me and I would like everyone to know that moving is not so easy, but if you pick up the right mover. It will be less harder. For now, All I can say is 24 Hours Moving Inc is the best mover I ever hired. more

High professional etiquette! 11/4/2014

I am not expecting a perfect move when I hired them. I was just hoping they were less worse than the previous I hired. Luckily, they were very efficient and reliable. When they promise you something they will actually do. That's the extent of professionalism they showed the entire move period. They told me they will arrive 8:00 am on the move date and they were there exact time of the appointment. They told me an affordable price with no hidden fees and they did it. They did not promise a full no damage delivery but still I am commending them on this. I don't see any damage at all. If I will be asked, I will definitely hire them again. more

Have good Options! 10/5/2014

I can honestly say they were the best movers I ever hired. Since they never took advantage of the situation and they charged almost the same as their original estimate. They also offer different packages which I can choose depending on what I can afford. The delivery on time and on good condition was the most attractive character of this company. For sure I will get their service the next time around. more

Senior is thankful! 6/3/2014

My grandfather would like to thank this movers for the patience they shown them when they moved out of Dallas. The senior living facility they were moving from needs to many documentation and they were ready with those documentation. They were also respectful to the neighbors of my grandpa and was very quiet when they did the move. Thumbs up to you guys! He wasn't been able to say how appreciative he was but hopefully you remember him. He is Mr. Harold Berlinger and I am the Godson. more

A rare company that was very professional and skilled. You will surely see that they are very professional with everything they do. Never see them rest and get tired doing the job. They deliver your stuff the same condition when they picked it up. Respectful and neat plus they document everything. They also have an evaluation sheet left behind so i can mail to the company my rating to the personnel. more

They have loyal customer now. 3/2/2014

Through the moving website movers.com, We received about twenty replies when we filled up a form for quotation. We got interested with the four most competitive pricing. My wife researched, gathered ratings and reviews and side by side compared the four and the one who has the highest ratings is 24 hours moving inc. The personnel assigned to us is Sharon. We amended our inventory list too many times and and each time she was there to answer our questions and our emails with new quote/estimate. Once everything was settled we scheduled the pick up to Sunday between 9 am to 2 pm. They arrived 10 am and they were obviously pros because they packed our five bedroom house in about 6 hours and had with four guys on site to pack and load everything. The delivery is also positive. I was late to accept the items but they considered it because of the situation I was the day of the delivery. A day before the delivery my husband had an accident and we need to take him to the hospital. We are moving to a place were the hospital is almost an hour away. They came thirty minutes earlier but I was never been charged with anything. Overall a great move and they made a very frustrating thing like moving as relaxing as humanly possible. They have loyal customer now. more

A co-worker mentioned 24 hours moving inc when he heard that I need a mover, He used this company to move his Grandfather to Arizona last year. I know he is very meticulous on everything and when I heard him recommend the company, I immediately called the. Setting up my moving day appointment was quick and easy. I filled out the online form and a representative contacted me and answered all my inquiries. Mike is the head of the movers picking up my items, he called me thirty minutes before to inform me that they were on their way. Him and his crew were friendly, efficient, fast, respectful and handled our belongings with care. Most of the items that needs to be shipped are furniture that has glass in it. Hutches, tables, etc. They lessen my worries when i saw them wrapped all this items after they padded it. Once we arrived at the new place, they carefully unloaded everything placed them exactly where we requested them to and never left any thrash at all. All in all, I was super pleased with both the service and price that I received from 24 hours moving inc. I would definitely refer them to my friends and anyone. more

24 Hours Moving Inc. Moved me from Dallas to San Jose after I lived and worked in a large scale computer company for 10 years. I am a computer engineer and got hit by the ongoing work shortage and got laid off. I am just so lucky after this I git a bettrt job down in San Jose CA. Prior to this move, i have nightmares with other moving companies, They talk good before the move and becomes the boss after you all settle down and your belongings are in the truck. Since talking to Mike their Sales person, I wasn't that assured yet what will happen next but made me confident once the pick up people got in my house. They look presentable wearing the company's uniform and they talk politely. I breathe fully when they delivered my items in perfect condition. I never regret hiring them for my move. The people both in the office and in the field are very polite. The driver have good experience and very professional. They even maneuver the semi with trailer to fit in the apartment's narrow driveway. If you want a good moving company and less hassle service, Hire 24 Hours Moving, they are simply the best! more

I recently helped my 68 year old mother move to Nevada. She is alone living for many years in Texas and I live in Nevada. She felt so lonely so i suggested she move close to me and my family. She is ailing and have a lot of problems due to her age so as much as possible I want her to have a stress free move by hiring a reliable and professional company.I found 24 hours Moving Inc online and upon calling, a lady helped me in planning her move, sent estimates and settled everything.I did all the packing on boxes and 24 hours moving inc guy's did the packing of large furniture. They advised me in the best way possible on how to pack a number of items I wasn’t sure of. They were polite and made my mother feel comfortable with the whole move process. She is very happy when everything came in good condition and they helped her unpacked the things. They were very polite and good people. They reached our expectations, with fying colors. All in all, it was a successful move. more

They can move anything...believe me! 10/3/2013

I am an aspiring motocross rider, been dedicated to fulfilling this dream since I had enough savings from long time work. It all started as a hobby until I got hooked to it. I live on a city back in Plano and Motocross is not so popular. So i decided to move closer to a place where I can train more and its in San Diego, CA. I packed all my stuffs and planned to move it all by myself but it so hard for me to do, so i decided to contact a mover and my friend suggested 24 hours moving inc whom he used locally to move him. I got three motorcycles to ship, few furniture, some boxes. I moved to a house with a huge garage and everything was in good condition upon delivery. The people from their office are very polite and very nice and the movers were professional, neat, fast and courteous. When it comes to movers, reliable and the safety of my stuff is what matters, and they come through 100% on both. Great moving company! more

Small and awesome move! 9/27/2013

I am writing this review to express my gratitude to 24 hours moving inc. They made my move stress and worry free. I can't believe how honest this people are. They were the one who found my long lost purse, with my wallet and money in it and still gave it to me.Prior to this move, I am not that happy to move at first because I am truly attached to the place where I am living but due to a better job in Florida I need to move. I made my researched, went online just to get the right company for me, I saw a lot of the bad reviews on different moving companies, i was scared to trust anyone of them but 24 hours moving inc changed my mind. they eased my mind by helping me on the entire process, the sales people are awesome backed up by the reliable and honest moving crew. Believe me I will exert my effort to make reviews of this company everywhere, that's how gratified I am for their awesome honesty. Thumbs up guys! more
