only bought my frames here because they are one of 2 places that sell paul smith frames. the other frame store, who was extremely helpful, didn't have the particular style i wanted to purchase so unfortunately i had to purchase them from 20/20. i had tried the frames on in the store while walking through the mall a week earlier & a sales associate wrote down the frame style & took my information to be filed. when my husband went to pick the frames up in bold marker, highlighted on the index card ""window shopper was written."" i found that highly offensive & extremely unprofessional. the staff, including store owner, became belligerent with my husband when he told them that we would just be purchasing the frames & would have the lens installed by my local eye doctor. all across the board the customer services was poor, especially for a 300+ cash purchase. i will never buy anything from them again more

Before going to 20/20, I had always bought my glasses at lensecrafters and was never perfectly happy with them. I had just about given up on wearing the no line bifocals because I was never able to see just right and they had a lot of blurry spots. All that changed when I found this little boutique. They have such a great selection of frames and they found some that fit my face so much better! I also tried out the progressives again and they put me in a really great lense. I no longer can see any blurry spots, which means I can wear these all day long. I get at least one compliment a day on my glasses! more

This is the definitely the best place to shop for eyewear period. As soon as I walked in the door, I was promptly helped and was able to narrow my choices down to two very flattering frames quickly with the help of Larry. He was very patient with me wrote my selections on a card because I had to ask my parents before I could buy glasses. I came back the next day and placed my order. Two day later I got a call saying they were ready. I was so surprised at how fast they made them! I've now had my glasses 5 months and I haven't worn my contacts once since! The style is perfect, and my lenses look great! I have a really high RX and my glasses are usually coke bottles, but you can hardly see any thickness at all! I love it! I'll never buy glasses anywhere else. I recommend this store to anyone who has a high RX, small face, likes to be stylish, or pretty much anyone :) more

I hated wearing glasses until I found 20/20, they have an amazing selection of frames that I hadn't found elsewhere like chanel and cartier. I was extremely satisfied Pros: extremely unique glasses more

I've worn glasses all my life. In the last 10 years +/- I've spent thousands of $$ on glasses and sunglass clipss from 20/20 Eyeworks. The last 2 pairs have had defects appear after awhile. The sunclips on my last pair never fit perfectly against my lens. I complained about it numerous times to Kahty, who is the wife of the owner. There was always an excuse as to why they couldn't do anything about it. Now, I have a pair of glasses with very pricey Zeiss lens that has just developed a defect on the lens....some coating or something is peeling off. ""sorry, your lens is no longer under warranty..."" I am told. I would hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. And, I will not buy glasses from there in the future. Cons: Customer Loyalty more
