only bought my frames here because they are one of 2 places that sell paul smith frames. the other frame store, who was extremely helpful, didn't have the particular style i wanted to purchase so unfortunately i had to purchase them from 20/20.
i had tried the frames on in the store while walking through the mall a week earlier & a sales associate wrote down the frame style & took my information to be filed.
when my husband went to pick the frames up in bold marker, highlighted on the index card ""window shopper was written."" i found that highly offensive & extremely unprofessional.
the staff, including store owner, became belligerent with my husband when he told them that we would just be purchasing the frames & would have the lens installed by my local eye doctor.
all across the board the customer services was poor, especially for a 300+ cash purchase. i will never buy anything from them again
