The staff are complete idiots and not friendly at all. \r If you're going to work in this country learn to speak english and have some common courtesy. I will never go back. \r Don't wast your money with these people. more

The only thing that those $1.99 cleaners are good for are dry-cleaning pants. You can't take shirts to them you'll get the shirts back with all the buttons missing. more

Poor Customer Service 12/19/2010

My husband and I have been going to this dry cleaners for over a year and each month have easily would spend over $200 a month... Clerks are not friendly and most of the time the owners seemed bothered!! I dropped off a comforter and which I got back.. Obviously by the odor it was not cleaned the owner said"" it was cleaned"" and unless it is washed there's nothing they can do.. i found this hard to believe..One time the owner started screaming at me, just because i made a comment that I do not want my pants creased and would like them pressed again.. He made a seen and asked me never to come back.. For a customer that spent over $2400 a yr in dry cleaning I didn't think that was too much to ask.. Anyways, lesson here is you pay for what you get and I'm happy taking my business elsewhere.. Where my business is appreciated.. more

Will never return as a customer 12/9/2010

I have been a customer of this Dry Cleaners for over 5 years, stopping by about twice a month. They even know my wife and I by site (at least the counter staff) that checks you in. Today I returned with a pair of wool pants that had just been ""cleaned"" but I did not expect them to shrink and ruin the pants. This was the first time that I had ever dealt with the owner of this business and it did not go well. I even took a pair of pants with me that they had previously pressed (wool also) tag still attached to show how they had done a good job before and every thing was fine. After they cleaned the pair of pants in question it was two inches shorter in length and the waist was about an inch shorter. The business owner refused to acknowledge that this could or did happen and that it has never happened in all the twenty years that he has been in operation. He basically blew me off and played his foreigner card then walked off into the back to avoid our discussion. They have broken buttons in the past and I did not say a thing but ruining my clothes totally and not even admitting to the mistake does not cut it. If you have expensive clothing don't bother being a patron here...price is cheap and so is the service. I wonder how he would accept it if someone ruins his things and they refuse any responsibility. more

Don't fall for the cheap prices... 12/1/2010

They broke the top button of a cardigan in half. It is brand new and I haven't even worn it yet. Pretty angry, but since it is so new I do have the replacement button it came with so I'll spend an hour trying to sew it on. After reading reviews I see it's pointless to argue with them, so instead I called to tell them they would no longer be getting our business. Both my husband and I work coroporate jobs and wear suits aka lots of drycleaning. I figured they wouldn't care and they didn't. All the lady had to say was ""there's a sign saying we are not responsible for buttons or zippers"" They must have child laborers in the back because I don't see how any adult could break a button in half! I also told her that the worst part was that it was the top button, which they buttoned, so they knew it was broken, and no one said a word when I picked up my items. Very irresponsible and childish. more

CUSTOMER DISATISSFACTION!!! 10/28/2010

What a joke this place is! As the saying goes, ""You get what you pay for"", but in the case of the $1.99 Cleaners, you don't even get that!! At this price, I didn't expect a class act, but I also didn't expect them to burn a $125 Tommy Bahama shirt, break buttons on numerous Brooks Brother's dress shirts, return a custom dress shirt with a torn sleeve, and refuse to do anything when I finally asked them to replace a button. Both non-English speaking employees just pointed at a sign near the floor that says ""Not responsible for damage."" I could tolerate the stapling of their paper tracking #'s to my clothes, the extra creases in my clothes due to sloppy ironing, and the several times where they could not get the clothes clean, but refusing to take responsibility for the quality of their work is reason to NEVER return to this place. I only gave them 1 star because giving them none is not allowed!!1 more

Great for certain things 4/26/2010

For business casual men's clothing, like cottons and wool, this is a fantastic place. I'd go broke trying to send 20 shirts and ten slacks a month to the other guys. We've been using this group for over ten years and have had 2-issues total, but for a $20 Land's End cotton-button down shirt its no big deal (and they paid for it). You also can't beat it for kid's clothing that requires a lot of cleaning, like band uniforms and inexpensive tux's worn by orchestra groups, etc. We use the more expensive cleaners for higher-end clothing. Pros: Very inexpensive, prompt, really nice people Cons: Not the best place for high-end clothing more

not worth the savings! 4/29/2008

my clothes were ruined. They have no policy on damaged garments and provide no reciepts. a ""cash only"" type of business. You think it won't happen- well it did to me, several times! I wouldn't pay someone to ruin my clothing. Even if it is only $2 a piece. Would you??? more
