Review content:
They broke the top button of a cardigan in half. It is brand new and I haven't even worn it yet. Pretty angry, but since it is so new I do have the replacement button it came with so I'll spend an hour trying to sew it on. After reading reviews I see it's pointless to argue with them, so instead I called to tell them they would no longer be getting our business. Both my husband and I work coroporate jobs and wear suits aka lots of drycleaning. I figured they wouldn't care and they didn't. All the lady had to say was ""there's a sign saying we are not responsible for buttons or zippers"" They must have child laborers in the back because I don't see how any adult could break a button in half! I also told her that the worst part was that it was the top button, which they buttoned, so they knew it was broken, and no one said a word when I picked up my items. Very irresponsible and childish.
