I've had truly incredible BBQ three times in my life. Twice it was in Memphis. The third, believe it or not, was in O'Fallon, IL. I ordered the king of all BBQ meats, the baby back ribs. The half rac k is very reasonably priced (about $12 or $13 if I remember correctly) and it comes with two sides of your choice. The food arrived very quickly and was absolutely delicious. The ribs fell off the bone and had a nice light char on the edges. There are two signature sauces at the table. I prefer the lighter colored one that won the owner, who has been featured on the food network, several world BBQ championships. There is also a shaker full of a dry rub they call ""magic dust"" at the table that goes great with the meat, fries, potato salad, or probably anything else you could think to put it on. The place is much more clean and comfortable than many might expect out of a BBQ joint. I can't think of anything bad to say about this place.\r
