It is very important to have all details before comparing pricing. Customer states they were overcharged from $2-$300.00 dollars and claims other shop found "No reason to charge 4+hours" yet Mitchell repair a National recogonized company which most repair shops use gives 4.1 hours to replace water pump. In this case customer had 02 Saturn L300 with 3.0L DOHC engine, It appears other shops quoted this job as L200 which is 2.6 hours to replace water pump and different parts needed. Sometimes thier can be breakdown in communication but I assure you if given the chance these problems can be corrected. Customer satisfaction refund was made to this customer.
