I have rented a townhome from Barr Real Estate for 3 years now. Their maintenance staff is quick to get to any problem that you have with your property. Most of the time, their response occurs within 1-2 business days! They will actually leave you a note, telling you that they've been there and what they have done to fix your problem. In addition, the office staff has always been helpful and friendly when I've had to deal with them. Overall, I would highly recommend renting from Barr REal Estate!
