I sold my house in Brooklyn and had to move in July. I haD lived in the house my entire life and it was going to be a chore to move. I had deliveries to two stops in LI. All I thought about was "how are they going to do it?". Bernie was my sales rep gave me an estimate. I didn't go to any other moving company because they came highly recommended and I did not have the time or energy to shop around. I got a great price and prayed everything would go well. My belongings were going into storage until I found a new home. They did not disappoint me. The crew lead by Julio arrived at my home at 7 am and called the night before! They did a great job of doing the inventory to packing my paintings, mirrors and other delicate belongings. They were professional and courteous and organized. They made the two stops later that day to my family members in Long Island with furniture and they were very careful to make the delivery with care and precision to both addresses.
I had my belongings in storage until I moved into my new home in Suffolk County last week. Again Julio and his crew arrived at my new house before I did. Everything I had in storage was in great shape and they were finished unloading very quickly. I was overjoyed that my move was finally ending. I realized when they left that I had several items missing. I called Julio on his cell phone that he gave me and the next day he went to the truck and found the articles missing among the many blanket protectors they use. He personally delivered them to my home on his own time and in his own vehicle the next day.. Now tell me that is not dedication and service? Don't go anywhere else - use Liberty Moving and Storage with confidence and you will not have any headaches or problems. I highly recommend them to all who are moving and complete neurotic worry warts like me. They made a believer out of me. THANKS ANTHONY, BERNIE, JULIO AND HIS CREW AND DARLENE TOO.
