Our experience with KraftMaster was outstanding, as we remodeled our kitchen and guest bathroom. Bob led us through the entire process in a very professional manner with design suggestions, material recommendations and above all patience as we made decisions.
Never having had a major remodel done before we would have never know all the details that go into a renovation, we would have never been able to do it alone. Looking back we would have made bad decisions along the way without his guidance which obviously comes from his experience. All of the suppliers had great selections and the installers are true craftsmen, they really wanted our house to be just right!
Knowing that we would be out of town for the duration of this project, we put our complete trust in Bob and he did not disappoint. Bob emailed us pictures every step of the way, from demolition to completion. He kept in touch by phone regularly. We were absolutely delighted when we returned to NJ and found that all work had been completed to our satisfaction and exactly on the time schedule that Bob had promised. It’s beautiful! We would be happy to recommend KraftMaster to anyone.
