KraftMaster Renovations

When my then fiance Jeremy and I bought a little two bedroom apartment in the city we were both stumped. Although it's got tons of potential, either one of us know how to bring it out. Not only that, our new apartment is so behind on code no one was allowed to live there until renovations were done. This is where Bob came in. He held our hands through the ins and outs of this year-long-renovation, which lasted much longer than anyone expected (thanks to sudden changes to Jeremy and mine schedule that kept us from doing anything other than work).... Letting our creativity roam, back-splashes, counter-tops, etc. He was extremely patient, though sometimes tensions may run a bit high, he has always been happy to work things out. Our experience with KraftMaster was outstanding, as we remodeled our kitchen and guest bathroom. Bob led us through the entire process in a very professional manner with design suggestions, material recommendations and above all patience as we made decisions. Never having had a major remodel done before we would have never know all the details that go into a renovation, we would have never been able to do it alone. Looking back we would have made bad decisions along the way without his guidance which obviously comes from his experience. All of the suppliers had great selections and the installers are true craftsmen, they really wanted our house to be just right! Knowing that we would be out of town for the duration of this project, we put our complete trust in Bob and he did not disappoint. Bob emailed us pictures every step of the way, from demolition to completion. He kept in touch by phone regularly. We were absolutely delighted when we returned to NJ and found that all work had been completed to our satisfaction and exactly on the time schedule that Bob had promised. It’s beautiful! We were so surprised to know that the owner of the company is on the job everyday making sure everything is going as planned. They paid close attention to detail and made sure that everything was perfect. It was very easy to get in touch with them via e-mail or phone. Their pricing was very competitive, and their work was always completed within the budget they provided.
