Review content:
Dancescape by Joyce offers classes in ballet and point, jazz, lyrical, modern, and tap. They also offer martial arts and ballroom dance. This studio provides a strong foundation for any dancer. The instructors are sure to warm up their dancers as to avoid injury to anyone. The classes are grouped by beginning, intermediate, and advanced and give each student the opportunity to dance as a group as well as show their individual ability. The instructors are very talented and seem to care a great deal about their students.
This studio has a big performance every two years. In the off years, they have a production for Christmas and an end of- year-show. These performances are covered in the recital fee or dance package and are free to all your friends and relatives.
Competition is also available. Your dancer can choose to do a solo, duo, or small group and compete against other studios in the area. It is fun and exciting and gives the dancer the opportunity to be on stage in front of judges. It builds confidence and poise, and the awards are always fun to get. Competition is voluntary and the cost is extra.
