"As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for your outstanding management of the Imperial Apartment where I have lived for 38 years. Please extend my appreciation to each person on your team both in the office and in the field. Everyone in your company follows your lead by being gracious, thoughtful, professional and efficient.
Any issues that arise are addressed promptly and repair requests are scheduled for follow up in a timely and effective manner. The public areas of the Imperial are clean and well maintained; residents are respectful, safety conscious, well mannered and share the attitude that this is our home not just an apartment complex. The age of the building is an ironic asset to our peace of mind because the walls, floors and ceilings provide a seal of quiet rarely found amid the constant music of center city activity. In short, thanks to your great management team, I enjoy living in my Imperial Apartment, and hope to continue the pleasure for many years to come.
