Review content:
Just after purchasing a used vehicle from Elgin Hyundai, the vehicle died on the way home and had to be towed back to the dealer. They refused to give me my money back and wanted to fix the car. Three months later, and multiple trips back to the dealer, the vehicle was still not fixed and was NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. They then refused to “invest” any more money into trying to fix the car. The only option they offered was to give me TRADE IN VALUE for the lemon they just sold me, but only if I purchased another vehicle off of their lot, AT RETAIL PRICE. We of course didn’t agree with the terms of the deal, and my family and I were forced to leave in a dangerous car, with JC (the GM) giving my wife the finger on the way out.
Do not believe the positive reviews, they are from the dealership’s staff. Do a ping test and you will see the same IP address for all of them.
