Extremely poor customer service and still do not have my product. Was told my sons jacket would be done in 3 weeks. 2 months later we finally recieved a jacket that was way to small inspite of the fact that i had sent them measurements. They assured me they had evey size in stock - return that one and they would send out a correct size. I did this 2 months ago and still do not have a jacket !! Promised repeatedly that it would be sent - they would send me a tracking # etc. but we still have no jacket. Now I am getting no responses to emails or telephone calls. A search on the BBB - Rip-off Report and another reviewer all describe the same experience. I just wish I'd checked this out before. Gwen sounded so nice when i called to order - so deceptive.
