1880 Western Wear

The owner Gwen Hansen is full of lies and empty promises. I ordered a vest and never received tracking number or anything. Two weeks later I called and was told it would ship the next week. This went on for another 6 weeks of calling them to find out where my order is leaving messages, never getting a call back and when I did get a hold of her she would promise me for sure the next week and still nothing ever showed up. I finally asked for my money back. I do not know how they are still in business, they lost mine forever. more

I ordered a jacket and received it in the mail over one year later after several months of regular excuses as to why it was taking so long. Also, the jacket I received was nothing close to what I ordered! more

Extremely poor customer service and still do not have my product. Was told my sons jacket would be done in 3 weeks. 2 months later we finally recieved a jacket that was way to small inspite of the fact that i had sent them measurements. They assured me they had evey size in stock - return that one and they would send out a correct size. I did this 2 months ago and still do not have a jacket !! Promised repeatedly that it would be sent - they would send me a tracking # etc. but we still have no jacket. Now I am getting no responses to emails or telephone calls. A search on the BBB - Rip-off Report and another reviewer all describe the same experience. I just wish I'd checked this out before. Gwen sounded so nice when i called to order - so deceptive. more
