Review content:
Burner doesn't work. Called for repair, told to be at home 8:30 to 12:30. Guy shows up at 8:15 and leaves without calling or waiting. Called back and lady actually gets attitude, saying there's no way someone came by before 8:30 (despite the time written on the receipt by the repairman and stuck on the doorknob AND the fact I was there by 8:25). Rescheduled AGAIN for 8:30 to 12:30pm, happened AGAIN (and again no call). This time, lady has gall to LIE "we've always come between 8am and 12pm" (after she had been rude to us about no one ever arriving before 8:30 and telling us TWICE that it was 830-1230). Then she says repairman will be out shortly. Waited, no one showed up.
Oil might be cheap, but believe me, wait til you need some service. Hope you dont freeze to death. Good help is hard to get, but lying and rudeness is not acceptable.
