Review content:
I was a long time customer. When I lost heat (I was on automatic delivery) on one of the coldest nights in the winter, it took them over 6 hours to fix the situation (I pay extra for the 24 hour service). I had thought being a local company, there would be heat in my house sooner than later. The woman who was "on call" told me that they were busy (I had to call them twice - she said she never got the first call), there was a mistake on their part for the automatic delivery and my oil tank had run dry. The driver who refueled the tank had the nerve to tell me that he was not going to charge me for the delivery - I told him that I would not be paying the delivery charge because it was their fault. Even after I cancelled my acct with them, they still sent me a bill. I had told a friend who was in the oil business that I had Al's Oil and he said "Sorry to hear that" - I had wished I had known that before.
