Review content:
Both HappyC and AnonymousU are fake. Together they account for 35 of Neering Plumbing's 5 star ratings. It is interesting that every site that rates Neerings Plumbing of Salt Lake City contains numerous fake 5 star ratings. It makes you wonder if Neerings might be paying some service to provide bogus reviews to offset their negative ratings by real people who feel they have been ripped off by them.
My experience with Neerings was that they used deceptive sales practices and charge exorbitant prices. They gave my wife an estimate of $1033 to replace a water heater. It turned out that the retail cost of the water heater was $330 and the 2 hour installation charge was $700.
If money is no object, and you don't mind paying 2 to 3 times what other plumbing companies charge for the same work, then by all means call Neerings since their techs are qualified and they do quality work. If you would rather pay a fair and reasonable price for the quality work you get, then call anyone else with experience. I feel as if my pocket has been picked for the $500 over what a fair and reasonable installation charge should have been.
