Review content:
After several weekends of visiting this facility, we have decided that this is simply the worst place to go if you are seeking to adopt. The staff are obnoxiously rude, and that is putting it lightly. We have filled out the paperwork, and even signed up to volunteer there, but after our last experience, that is totally out of the question. They have no idea of professionalism whatsoever. We went one saturday afternoon to visit the kittens, we waited one hour for them to unlock the door, on a different occasion we were not allowed in the cat cottages, after being allowed to for several weeks. It seems like a lot of these abandoned pets just need some love, and attention. Even with washing you hands one hundred times, and being very respectfull you are told that it is best if you do not visit with the pets. I have visited the facilities in Raleigh, and Chapel Hill, it is literally like night, and day in comparison, from the staff who welcome you with a friendly smile, and offer to advise you in any way, to the cleanliness, and overall health of the animals. If you plan to visit, or adopt from this facility be prepared to deal with some real attitude.
