I was very impressed with the staff and attention I received at the Autobarn of Evanston. My sales consultant was Sam, he was very professional and knew his product. He had me test drive 3 different models and explained the different features each provided until I was sure which would be the best for me. After deciding on the Passat, they didn't have the color I wanted so they checked with other dealerships and located the one I selected. I then spoke with the sales manager Ryan, we went over what I would receive for my trade-in, which was a very fair price. He was informative and helped make my sale go smoothly. We came to an agreement on the price and then I was taken to Scott in finance who explained everything very carefully. The following day I returned to pick up my new car, they went over the entire car with me and again explained the various features. I was very pleased with my overall experience with the Autobarn and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
