Review content:
What seemed to have started as a fun night for a group of women, ended with a bad taste in my mouth, not to mention theirs! Sitting next to them, I could tell they were having fun and would have stayed for quite a while, but their fun soon ended because someone didn’t know the meaning of customer service. The bartender/waiter whose name I do believe was Jeff, stood there and argued with the ladies he didn’t get the order wrong all with attitude. Really? Any other person would have apologized and straightened out the order without question to keep the customer happy, but not this guy. He was a real jerk and told the women they’d have to pay for the wrong drink whether they drank it or not. Are you serious?! He wasn’t going to fix it for free like any normal person would have done? Apparently he doesn’t understand the term “customer service” or the phrase “the customer is always right”? This guy just didn’t get it - if it’s wrong, you fix it so the customer is happy and wants to say and spend more money! And it wasn’t like the person drank half of the glass and then complained; they said something immediately! I heard the women say they’d never come back to the Pine Room after the way they were just treated and I don’t blame them one bit! Me and my friends won’t be going back either! Sorry Pine Room, but if that’s how you treat your customers, you can count me out! I think you guys blew it big time!
