Was so pleased with one particular individual, "Sharkie", at Premier Pools. He was so polite and helpful answering all of my questions and going above and beyond in service. I will admit that my wife and I had serious discussions regarding a competitor’s product, but I am very happy that we picked premier because of the personal and pleasant environment, and the follow up service that we would have never known without "Sharkie". I will consider Premier in my future plans should I ever need additional spa help or support.
