Businiess name:  Scott Clark's Toyota

Review content:
Travis Wilson & Jonathan Shapiro were my sale associates during my recent purchase. They both did not pressure me and allowed me to make my first car experience something that I will never forget. I went to several other dealerships prior to visiting Scott Clark Toyota. All dealerships were offering college discounts, but Scott Clark’s lifetime warranty and other incentives made me take a visit. After visiting Scott Clark I sat down and had to make a decision, the main and only reason I chose Scott Clark over the other Toyota and other manufacturers was because of Travis Wilson and Jonathan Shapiro. Their customer service skills were excellent and they were really passionate about not only making a sale but making a great selection for my needs. They made the very large dealership feel like a comfortable home for this deal and future deals. Those two gentlemen were respectful, honest, caring and great individuals to work with. When the sale was final they did not end their communication with me. I receive phone calls from both Travis and Jonathan just checking to see how I am doing. If you are in the Charlotte area and are looking for a car check out Scott Clark Toyota and ask for Travis Wilson and Jonathan Shapiro, they will take excellent care of you and tell them Greg Arnold sent you.
