Review content:
The grounds of this apartment complex are beautiful. Lots of trees and other foliage. Overall the community is quiet but being a college town, the potential is there for noisy neighbors.
The apartment itself is kind of odd. The bedrooms are a VERY nice size but the living room and kitchen are tiny. There is hardly any cabinet space at all. The living room has barely enough room for a sofa and coffee table, this was in a two bedroom apartment.
The closets are spacious and there is storage on the patio. The washer and dryer hookups are in a small corner of the kitchen which makes doing laundry kind of awkward and close to impossible if anyone is in the kitchen.
