Kind Of Small 8/15/2005

The grounds of this apartment complex are beautiful. Lots of trees and other foliage. Overall the community is quiet but being a college town, the potential is there for noisy neighbors. The apartment itself is kind of odd. The bedrooms are a VERY nice size but the living room and kitchen are tiny. There is hardly any cabinet space at all. The living room has barely enough room for a sofa and coffee table, this was in a two bedroom apartment. The closets are spacious and there is storage on the patio. The washer and dryer hookups are in a small corner of the kitchen which makes doing laundry kind of awkward and close to impossible if anyone is in the kitchen. more

Windy retreat 8/14/2005

La Mirada provides a beautiful large community of apartment homes with frequent breezes brushing through tall trees and patches of colourful flowers. Gated parking is available for tenants, ,and there is plenty of outdoor parking for visitors. Several community jacuzzis are perfect for entertaining a small gathering of friends. There are also multiple lap pools for swimming. The apartments are quite standard, though the washer and dryer are strangely situated so that you must walk all the way through the kitchen to do laundry. more
