Businiess name:  Maxim Gourmet Oriental Market
Review by:  Eve W.
Review content:
I began shopping at Maxim over a decade ago when it was the only Chinese supermarket in the area. But then Kam San popped up right across the street and I'll be honest. I go to Kam San first, before I shop at Maxim. The store is cleaner and the prices are generally lower. The speculation is that the things are in turn fresher, because Kam San has better business. I will, however, go to Maxim when I want to rent Chinese movies, because there is a video rental place right next door. And there is also a jewelry / gift shop there too for your convenience. The overall fresh produce and meat section is good, as it seems to be fresh and has a good variety. They also have a small in house kitchen that cooks "Lunch Boxes" for those of you that want cheap quick lunches. They are a really good deal and I have friends who buy them very often.
